Our Brilliant Young Engineer
Kiyan, a year 2 pupil, entered the Primary Engineer competition and we’re thrilled to share that his idea was awarded Distinction Shortlisted status!
Kiyan’s invention is a rubbish-collection ship that deploys small robots to clean all medium and large water sources of rubbish, build-ups, contamination and destructive materials, helping to prevent pollution and protect the environment. His creative and thoughtful idea clearly reflects two of our school values: ambitious and responsible.
Reaching the final round of judging, Kiyan’s design was even discussed by top engineering professionals - an incredible achievement!
Kiyan said: “I love inventing things! I want to be an inventor!”
We are immensely proud of Kiyan’s creativity, and initiative. We look forward to seeing more of his inventions in the future.
