On Friday 18th October 9am-10am (in the hall), we will be running a Sleep Hygiene Workshop. This workshop will look at our children’s sleeping patterns and provide us with some useful tips and ideas to help our children sleep better as lack of sleep can have a huge impact on a child’s daily life.
This workshop will be led by Sarah Konn (Psychological Wellbeing Practicioner).
